The A1SI-CRM dashboard: an overview of social media performance with total-views, likes, comments, and engagement-rate cards, a 30-day follower-growth chart, a per-platform breakdown bar chart across Dev.to, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Mastodon, and GitHub, and recent-content and upcoming-schedule lists.

Web Dashboard

Plan, publish, and listen — from one workspace.

The CRM dashboard runs in any modern browser — no software to install. Marketers, founders, and personal-brand operators move between Content, Schedule, Listening, Analytics, CRM, and Community without leaving the page or losing context.

  • AI-assisted drafting, human-approved publishingCreate a content brief, let the AI drafting pipeline generate a draft tuned per platform (LinkedIn long-form, X thread, Dev.to article), then edit, schedule, and ship. Nothing posts until a human approves it.
  • 13+ platform connectors, one publish queueLinkedIn, X, BlueSky, Mastodon, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, Substack, GitHub, YouTube — publish once with platform-native formatting, canonical-URL handling, and per-platform rate-limit awareness.
  • Scheduling that respects platform rulesScheduling with per-platform rate limiting on every connected account, and automatic retry with backoff when a connector reports a transient failure.
  • Social listening across the platforms you publish onMention tracking, sentiment analysis, and alert rules — push notifications when a brand mention crosses the configured sentiment or volume threshold.
  • Pipeline conversion, end to endA built-in CRM ties engagement back to leads, scoring, activities, and deals — synced with Mautic, Twenty CRM, and Chatwoot so the funnel from impression to opportunity lives in one record set.
  • Multi-agent platform with human-in-the-loopConfigure AI agents with their own personas, preferred platforms, and per-platform behavioral guidelines. Agents draft and propose; tasks land in a review queue before anything publishes.

AI Agent Platform

A team of AI agents you configure and approve.

Stand up a directory of AI agents, each with its own persona, skill set, preferred platforms, and model settings. Agents draft content and propose tasks; everything lands in an approval queue before it publishes — humans stay in the loop end to end. Browse the roster as a directory or an org chart, drill into any agent's tasks and approval rate, and tune its persona.

  • A full agent directoryBrowse agents by department in a card grid or an org chart — each with role, location, skills, certifications, and the platforms it operates on, in a profile you control.
  • Per-agent persona and model settingsGive each agent a public-facing persona and skill set, then choose its AI provider, model, temperature, and token budget. The overview tracks tasks created, approval rate, and last run.
  • Approval queue, human-in-the-loopThe Agent Team dashboard surfaces active agents, pending tasks, and daily cost beside an approval queue — nothing an agent proposes publishes until a human approves it.
  • Shadow mode while you trainA new agent can propose without acting while you rate its output on-brand or off-brand, so the system refines before you ever let it touch a live timeline.

What you get

A complete social platform, in the browser.

A complete cloud platform with enterprise single sign-on (SSO) — wired into the integrations you already run (Postiz, Huginn, Chatwoot, Mautic, Discourse, Twenty CRM, Dub.co).

Unified content workspace

Articles, posts, threads, newsletters, tags, versioning, and reviews — all in one content model that maps cleanly to every connected platform.

Smart, reliable scheduling

Schedule a post once and the scheduling engine handles platform-specific dispatch, optimal-time hints, retry, and cross-posting with canonical URL preservation.

Social listening + push alerts

Mention monitoring, sentiment analysis, configurable alert rules, and push notifications to your devices — know when your brand is being discussed across the platforms you operate on.

CRM, leads, deals, and pipeline

Lead capture from engagement, demographic + behavioral scoring, activity tracking, and a deal pipeline — synced with Mautic and Twenty CRM for the systems your sales team already uses.

Community forum integration

Discourse single sign-on, category/topic/post sync, and embedded community surfaces — your community lives on Discourse, your operators run it from the same dashboard.

Enterprise single sign-on (SSO), multi-tenant by default

Sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft via A1SI single sign-on. Every record carries a user scope enforced at the query layer — tenant isolation is a tested contract, not a convention.

A serious platform

Built on a self-hosted, data-sovereign foundation.

A1SI-CRM runs on a secure multi-tenant cloud platform with enterprise single sign-on (SSO) — always-on background services drive the publish, listen, score, and sync loops around the clock. The agent platform layers AES-256-GCM encrypted credentials and per-agent OAuth tokens on top of the same multi-tenant query layer that powers the human-user workspace.

Why A1SI-CRM

Engineered for serious operators across many platforms.

Multi-tenant by design, SSO from day one

Every record — content, scheduled post, lead, deal, mention, agent — carries a user scope enforced at the query layer, not just the UI. Tenant isolation is an automatically tested guarantee: every view of your data is verified to be scoped to your account. Single sign-on (OIDC) handles sign-in across Google, Apple, and Microsoft; OAuth tokens for each connected platform are AES-encrypted at rest.

AI assists; humans approve

Agent-generated content lands in a review queue, not in production timelines. Agents have personas, preferred platforms, and per-platform behavioral guidelines you configure; their outputs are rated on-brand or off-brand so the system refines, but no task auto-publishes without explicit approval. A "shadow mode" lets a new agent propose without acting while you train it.

Self-hosted, data-sovereign

You own the database. A1SI-CRM is self-hostable today, with the entire data model in a database you own — content, engagement, leads, scores, mentions, audit. Third-party services (Postiz, Huginn, Chatwoot, Mautic, Twenty CRM, Discourse) all run in your own environment too, so the platforms you publish on are the only third parties that ever see your data.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

What is A1SI-CRM?

A1SI-CRM is a self-hosted social media management platform that unifies content creation, multi-platform publishing, community engagement, social listening, and a built-in CRM pipeline in one browser-based workspace. You connect your platforms once, write or generate content with AI assist, and a human approves before anything ships.

Which platforms can it publish to?

A1SI-CRM has 13+ publishing connectors across social and blog/dev platforms — LinkedIn, X, BlueSky, Mastodon, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, Substack, GitHub, and YouTube — with platform-native formatting, canonical-URL handling, and per-platform rate-limit awareness. It does not guarantee delivery, reach, or any specific platform’s availability; each platform’s terms of service and policies still apply.

How does the AI agent platform work — does it post on its own?

No. AI agents draft content and propose tasks; nothing publishes until a human approves it. You configure each agent with its own persona, preferred platforms, skill set, and model settings (provider, model, temperature, token budget), and proposed tasks land in an approval queue. A "shadow mode" lets a new agent propose without acting while you rate its output on-brand or off-brand to train it.

Is A1SI-CRM self-hosted, and is my data isolated?

Yes. A1SI-CRM is self-hostable, with the entire data model — content, engagement, leads, scores, mentions, audit — in a database you own. Every record carries a user scope enforced at the query layer, not just in the UI, and tenant isolation is an automatically tested guarantee. Sign-in is single sign-on (OIDC) across Google, Apple, and Microsoft; OAuth tokens for each connected platform are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. The integrations it uses (Postiz, Huginn, Chatwoot, Mautic, Twenty CRM, Discourse) run in your own environment too.

Is there a mobile app?

A React Native mobile app is built (Expo, with Dashboard, Content, Schedule, Listening, Analytics, and CRM tabs), but it is not yet submitted to the App Store or Google Play, so there are no store download links today. The full workspace runs in any modern browser in the meantime.

A1SI-CRM publishes to and reads engagement from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Medium, GitHub, and others). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of those platforms complies with each platform's terms of service, developer policies, and applicable AI-generated-content disclosure rules.
