Web Dashboard

One workspace for hours, approvals, payroll, and equity.

The HRMS web dashboard will run in any modern browser — no software to install. Employees clock in and out, supervisors approve timesheets, admins run payroll, and owners issue equity, all from a single workspace with a role-aware view that adapts to who's signed in.

  • Clock in / clock out, projects and sub-projectsA prominent, one-tap clock-in surface as the hero of the employee dashboard. Project switches close the current entry and open a new one in a single step — no gaps, no overlaps; every clock event records where it came from (web, mobile, or AI assistant) for the audit trail. Project trees support unlimited depth.
  • Timesheet submission and supervisor approvalDraft → submitted → approved or rejected → resubmit, with every approval action captured (actor, action, timestamp, comment) in an immutable audit log. Supervisor edits to a timesheet require employee confirmation; owner / admin roles can be flagged as approval-exempt.
  • Shift scheduling and push notificationsWeek and month calendar views for shift planning, with shift templates for recurring patterns. Mobile push notifications alert employees to schedule changes and approval activity.
  • Payroll calculation engine, in-houseRegular pay + overtime + tips → gross → pre-tax deductions → tax → post-tax deductions → net. Configurable overtime rules with federal 40h/week and state-specific (CA 8h/day) support, FLSA exempt/non-exempt classification, tax brackets with effective dates, and automatic PDF pay-stub generation.
  • Certified payroll (WH-347) for Davis-Bacon workGenerate WH-347 reports with all DOL-required fields — prevailing wage rates, classifications, hours by day, deductions, and statement of compliance — exportable to PDF and CSV for federal contractor reporting.
  • Equity allocation, quarterlyQuarterly hours-proportional share allocation with a draft → review → finalize workflow, share issuance documents generated as PDFs, and cap table export for Carta and Pulley.

What's being built

A full HR platform, AI-native from day one.

Time tracking, approvals, payroll, equity, and reporting in one platform — a web dashboard, an iOS and Android mobile app, and a Model Context Protocol server for AI assistants, all sharing the same roles, permissions, and audit trail.

Mobile clock-in, offline-resilient

Thumb-friendly buttons, haptic feedback on clock events, and a clock surface engineered for the field. Push notifications for schedule changes and approval activity. iOS and Android.

MCP server for AI assistants

A Model Context Protocol server lets your AI assistant clock in, log past hours, query a date range, list projects, and generate reports on your behalf — authenticated by your own per-user API key, with every entry source-tagged MCP for the audit log.

Org chart and project tree, unlimited depth

One organizational tree backs both the management hierarchy (Owner > Admin > Manager > Supervisor > Employee) and the project / sub-project tree. Access checks combine role hierarchy with position in the org tree — a manager only sees their own subtree.

Pay stubs and tax document data export

Pay stubs generated as polished PDFs. W-2 and 1099-NEC data exports for year-end — accurate field-level data the platform produces, intended to feed your tax-filing provider, not replace it.

Gusto and ADP integrations, on the roadmap

CSV export ships first; Gusto and ADP payroll-provider sync follows on the roadmap. New providers plug in cleanly — your payroll data and calculations stay untouched.

Enterprise single sign-on (SSO) and per-user API keys

Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple through A1SI enterprise single sign-on (SSO), shared with the rest of the A1SI platform. Per-user, securely hashed API keys authenticate the MCP server so AI assistants act with the user's exact RBAC scope.

A serious HR platform foundation

Engineered to replace Connecteam — and outlast it.

A1SI-HRMS is built with the same engineering discipline that ships the rest of the A1SI platform: immutable audit logs, secure multi-tenant data isolation, and integrations designed so new payroll and cap-table providers plug in without disrupting your data. The roadmap runs from foundation through advanced analytics.

Why A1SI-HRMS

Built for the platform you wish Connecteam was.

Multi-tenant by design, SSO from day one

Every employee record, timesheet, pay stub, equity allocation, and API key will stay isolated to your organization — on the same secure multi-tenant foundation the rest of the A1SI platform runs on. Enterprise single sign-on (SSO) handles sign-in; per-user, securely hashed API keys authenticate the MCP server so AI assistants always act inside the user's exact RBAC scope, never above it.

Audit-grade by default

Audit-log records will be immutable — no edits, no deletions — and every approval action, supervisor edit, payroll run, and equity allocation is captured with actor, action, timestamp, and context. Timesheet edits by a supervisor require employee confirmation. Entries created via the MCP server are tagged as AI-assistant activity, so the audit trail distinguishes AI-driven entries from human action.

Compliance-aware payroll and equity

FLSA overtime rules with federal (40h/week) and state-specific (CA 8h/day) configurations, exempt/non-exempt classification, certified payroll WH-347 generation for Davis-Bacon work, and W-2 / 1099-NEC data export for year-end. Equity allocation follows a draft → review → finalize flow with a legal-review gate before any share issuance lands in the cap table.

HR, time, payroll, equity — built right, built once.

A1SI-HRMS is currently in active development. Feature scope, availability, and timing are subject to change. The platform assists with payroll calculation, certified-payroll reporting, tax-form data export, and equity allocation workflows, but does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Customers are responsible for their own FLSA, Davis-Bacon Act, IRS, SEC, and state-law compliance, including legal review of equity issuance and tax filings. Integrations with third-party providers (Gusto, ADP, Carta, Pulley) are roadmap items and not yet available.
