A1SI builds the regulated and industrial technology stack end to end — from electronics and PCB design through wireless connectivity, embedded and mobile app development, and on-device edge AI. In-house, and accountable from the schematic to the production floor.

Electronics Design

A1SI takes hardware programs from concept through certified production: schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, EMC pre-compliance, signal and power integrity, thermal management, and DFM-clean production hand-off in vendor-neutral file formats. 30+ years of production-floor controller pedigree, the same engineering posture from the schematic to the test plan to the bring-up report.

Wireless Connectivity

A1SI integrates wireless connectivity into hardware and embedded-software programs at every range — Bluetooth Low Energy and Classic, Wi-Fi, cellular (LTE-M / NB-IoT / 5G), LoRaWAN, and IEEE 802.15.4 mesh radios (Zigbee / Thread / Matter). Most recent work: the ESP32 BLE Modbus Bridge that brings a factory-floor Modbus device into a Chromium browser through the Web Bluetooth API, no native driver required.

Embedded & Mobile Apps

A1SI builds both halves of every connected product — the C / C++ / Rust firmware on the MCU or SoC and the React Native + Expo iOS + Android app the operator opens to talk to it. Recent work: the CVWS commercial-vehicle weighing app (live on App Store / Google Play), the EMDT emergency-medical-device tracker (in store review), and the A1SI Lutron HomeWorks Controller firmware on the embedded side.

Embedded AI

A1SI builds embedded-AI systems on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin lineup — up to 275 TOPS of on-device inference for computer vision, local LLMs, multimodal sensor fusion, and agentic AI. Reference deployment: A1 Home Manager, our edge-AI smart-home appliance on a Jetson Orin Nano Super (67 TOPS, 1024 CUDA cores, 32 Tensor cores) running Frigate NVR + Home Assistant Assist (local LLM) + Ollama Vision + ML energy optimization + AI presence — all on-device, off-grid capable.
